Feich13 Studios ("we," "us") develops LANDFALL (the "App"), a single-player hurricane simulation game for Android. This policy explains what information the App does — and does not — collect, in plain terms.

What we collect

LANDFALL runs primarily on your device, and you do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to play the game.

The App stores your gameplay data locally on your device only, including:

Season and storm progress
Achievement unlocks
Settings preferences (music, sound effects, haptics)

This local data stays on your device. It is never transmitted to us, to Feich13 Studios' servers (we don't operate any), or to any third party.

Leaderboards (optional)

LANDFALL includes an optional leaderboard feature powered by Google Play Games Services. If you choose to sign in and submit a score, Google receives your Gamertag/avatar and submitted score. We never receive this data.

What we don't collect

We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or other personal information. LANDFALL has no account system of its own.

Leaderboard data

Processed by Google Play Games Services.
Used only for leaderboards.
Can be deleted via your Google Account/Play Games settings.
Encrypted in transit by Google.

Analytics, advertising, and third-party services

LANDFALL has no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only exception is the optional Google Play Games leaderboard. If this changes, this policy will be updated before release.

This website's own analytics

This website uses Google Analytics and Mailchimp Connected Site tracking behind the cookie banner. Neither loads unless you click Accept. This is separate from the App, which has no analytics beyond the optional leaderboard.

Permissions

The App may request vibration/haptic feedback permission solely for gameplay feedback.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information. The optional leaderboard uses Google Play Games if you choose to sign in.

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data. Leaderboard data goes directly to Google.

Data retention and deletion

Gameplay data stays on your device. Uninstalling the App removes it. Leaderboard data is managed by Google.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we'll update this page and revise the effective date.
